Common Charges Collection
Highview Property Management takes full responsibility for collecting common charges and fees (if applicable) from all homeowners. Arrears will be closely monitored, and HPM will serve as a liaison to the Condominium's collection agency. We have been successful in turning high rates of delinquencies around. |

Timely Bill Payment
We ensure timely payment of bills for electricity usage incurred by elevator, hallway and outdoor lighting, phone lines connected to sprinkler and/or alarm, and other bills incurred by the building's shared areas. |

Flat Management Fee
Unlike other companies who charge you a percentage of the cost of repairs, we charge a flat monthly management fee. That means we don't profit from costly repairs, and we have no interest in making them. Instead, we work to get things done efficiently and economically - saving you money where it counts. It also means we don't limit the amount of Board meetings we'll attend, the number of times we'll visit your building nor the amount of time we'll spend solving your problems. |

Our firm has an independent Certified Public Accountant who provides the professional accounting services required for condominium associations, such as year-end filings. The fees for this and other professional services are paid out of the common account..
