Insurance & Service Contract Management
We maintain proper insurance coverage and timely policy payment, in addition to maintenance and periodic review of all service contracts. This includes the annual sprinkler contract and monthly sprinkler, elevator, boiler, HVAC and central monitoring
inspections, as required by law.

Service Contract Negotiation
Highview Management will negotiate on behalf of the Condominium for services such as utilities, snow removal, refuse removal, and landscaping.
